Teen Boys Fitness

A program for boys to work on strength. The program will encourage fitness and strength/flexibility training which would be beneficial for other sports such as parkour and CrossFit but without teaching those sport specific skills. The boys will learn how to do strength skills that are part of gymnastics as well as work on other conditioning exercises.
