This all-new 4-week program focuses on specific techniques to improve your overall speed, explosive power and acceleration. Players work on first step, quick feet, accelerating through your starts along with various agility drills. Resistance training is incorporated throughout the program. There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.
