With growing teeth and bones, calcium is very important to a child’s diet. And while people usually think only of dairy as a source of calcium, broccoli is also a good source, with just over 2 cups equalling 1 cup of milk. So today you and your youngster will create delicious, calcium-rich Cheese and Broccoli Puffs, and creamy Warm Cheddar Cheese Dip with Veggies.

Complimentary for Parent or Caregiver

Please be advised that our Cooking Schools are not allergy-free zones.
